Valarie has been with Team Kalo for two years and has the direct line to the customer.
She is the first impression of Kalo and is responsible for initially responding to every customer comment card. She provides administrative support and serves as a liaison between the locations and the corporate office. Prior to coming on board with Kalo, Val was an Office Manager for a health care provider.
