My food was great but I experienced stellar customer service. That has not always been the case, but I didn't complain. This crew is upbeat, friendly and professional!!! They don't have on name tags ... thought that was strange. Jay, the crew leader, definitely knows how to lead and keep everyone going! Jay, Amiya, Jacob, Colton, Darrel should be commended for their amazing customer service!!! This has been the BEST experience in this store yet!!! By the way my food was deeeelishus!!!!

What a great store!!!! The folks were ready for the lunch rush. Everything was clean and tidy. Smiles were ready and the crew knew their stations. It was quiet when I arrived, but the crowd was building as I left. But, it appeared this manager and her crew were ready. My food was astoundingly good. The bread was fresh; the meat was tasty; and it was prepared perfectly. Nothing but compliments for a job very well done. I will be back because this store is even better than other Jersey Mike's locations. My compliments for great management and a hard-working team.

Just wanted to express my appreciation for a very conscientious employee at the Destin store. I went to Jersey Mikes in Destin on Saturday June 8,2024. The store was extremely crowded. Your employee Tyler gave us excellent service. He handled the situation with ease and was so friendly. I feel he needs to get a raise.

This was the best salad ever from here, they cut up my tomatoes and onions and even cut the meat into bite size pieces. This the first time ever!! I usually end up with huge rings of tomatoes and onions and rings of meat. So appreciated

I went into my local jersey mikes today for a #43 like I always get. Unfortunately, when I checked my app to use my shore points to pay for my sandwich I was surprised to find out that my shore points had been wiped out. I explained that my points had been stolen to the worker behind the counter and he literally took off his gloves and came to check my account with me. I was blown away by this, he seem to be so concerned that it actually made me feel better about having my points stolen. I have over 800 shore points stored up and it was all gone but 5. The worker, I think his name was Brandon, showed where I could look through my app purchase history and sure enough someone in Sioux Falls, SD has eaten 7 sandwiches over the last week and stolen my shore points. I live in orange city, Florida and have never been to South Dakota. "Brandon" helped me set up a pass code for transactions to help me feel safe moving forward.

The slicer was super fast and organized. The cashier was doing a great job with toppings and super polite. The grill operator was very organized as well. There was frequent communication amongst the team and they took care of a lot of customers in a short period of time

I ordered through the app and then we dined in. This is the second time we've been to this location and it has been wonderful. The staff are friendly and hardworking. The restaurant is clean. They make the sandwiches with care and they are fresh and delicious. We've been to a lot of Jersey Mike locations throughout Florida and this one is hands down the very best.

Every 4-6 weeks I travel back to Sebring because my Mama had macular degeneration and has to have shots into her eyeballs. Mom loves Jersey Mike's (although we had only been there a couple of times); it has been 6-8 weeks since we have been there and today we stopped for some take out. Flor and Danny stopped me while they we creating a sandwich masterpiece, and HANDED ME BACK MY GRANDMOTHERS HUGE PLATINUM and GOLD BRACELET that had lost the clasp and fallen off the last time I came in. I cried and hugged them both because no matter what it was worth, it was my Grandmothers and it meant more than its value! Danny and Flor have replaced a bit of my faith in humanity.... You can't even know what it meant to me that that guy recognized my voice and asked if I had lost "this"! And those guys had kept it for over a month!
